Demonstrated Profitability
We aren’t looking for turnaround opportunities or start-ups. We want businesses that have sustained positive cash flow over a multi-year period.
Location
Because our private equity model involves access to our wealth of operational expertise, it’s important that we operate in or adjacent to the same areas. We are looking for businesses in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Louisiana, and Colorado.

Business Types
We know field operations. We are looking for companies where a man or woman gets in a vehicle, drives to a customer site, and performs an installation or service of some kind. Examples are electrical, HVAC/plumbing, technology infrastructure, restoration, and commercial facilities maintenance and repair.

Owner Engagement
We invest with owners who are willing to stay involved in the business for 2-5 years and maintain a non-majority equity stake.
